We are trampoline experts. We teach trampoline at all levels: beginning through advanced. Some gymnastic schools who have trampolines use them mainly as training platforms for other gymnastic events and do not actually teach trampoline as a separate discipline. There is nothing wrong in this. We use our trampoline to help teach gymnastics skills also. We also sometimes use our trampoline as an innovative way to teach certain dance lifts and other dance skills. However unlike some schools, we also teach trampoline technique as an art of its own. Our teachers are very knowledgable about trampoline and can perform and teach it at beginning through advanced levels. We are proud of our excellent trampoline safety record extending over 40 years. This is a record most other schools in this area cannot even begin to approach. We were the first school (public or private) in Illinois to install and teach with a track mounted overhead twisting safety belt. Now they are more widely used but we led the way and were first to use it in this area. Active boys and girls LOVE trampolines. They will enjoy our classes. We also teach on superb rectangular high performance world class professional trampolines comparable to the ones used in the Olympics. Our trampoline equipment is second to none. Our competition trampolines are completely different from the round backyard trampolines most people are familiar with. (However if you should happen to own a backyard trampoline, a class of trampoline lessons is the wisest investment you could make.)
