We offer instruction in floor gymnastics and acrobatic dancing. These classes sometime include trampoline instruction. Other than trampoline, we do not offer instruction in other gymnastic apparatus. However floor gymnastics, aerial skills, and dance skills form the core for all gymnastics and this is exactly what we offer. Since we are primarily a dance school, we take the dance aspect of gymnastics very seriously and our gymnastics students tend to have strong dance skills as a result. This works strongly to their advantage since dance ability has generally been neglected in much of american gymnastics coaching.
